Job summary

MAKE UP FOR EVER, a subsidiary of LVMH, seeks a Sales & Education Executive in the United States to drive regional sales, train Sephora partners, and deliver expert makeup demonstrations. The role blends hands-on selling with education to keep partners ahead of trends and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will supervise Market Specialists and Selling Specialists, coordinate store visits with the Regional Manager, and develop instructional materials.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in field sales, retail management, education or leadership.
• Strong makeup techniques knowledge and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to travel and maintain valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet targets.
• Lead and train Market Specialists and Selling Specialists.
• Coordinate gondola inventory and visual merchandising with stores.
• Deliver product demonstrations and personalized makeup consultations.
• Build relationships with Sephora teams and clients.
• Plan store visits with Regional Manager for peak hours.
