MAKE UP FOR EVER in Boston is seeking a Market Specialist to support Sephora stores in the Boston area. The role, full-time, reports to the Regional Manager, Sales, with a schedule Tue–Sat and travel within the territory.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in field sales or retail leadership, cosmetics knowledge, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license. The position includes a makeup allowance and benefits package; competitive bonus potential accompanies LVMH development

Responsibilities

• Support Sephora stores in Boston with consumer selling, education, and store support.
• Develop regional sales strategies and coach store teams.
