Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Make Ready associate to support maintenance operations across our properties. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

You’ll help with make-ready units, inspections, and daily shop organization, while ensuring safety standards and timely work orders. Strong customer service, reliability, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Able to perform on-site software functions with basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of property including corrective, preventive, routine and cosmetic tasks.
• Ensure make-ready units meet standards before resident move-in.
• Respond to work orders for common areas and units in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop and follow safety guidelines.
• Help with inventory and scheduling of maintenance/repair events.
• Support daily reporting of service requests, logs and compliance records.
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the community well.
