Job summary

Asset Living in the United States is seeking a Make Ready team member to support maintenance across our communities. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks under supervision to ensure units are ready for new residents.

This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. Regular attendance and safety discipline are essential, with a comprehensive rewards package

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes (corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, cosmetic).
• Ensure make-ready units meet property standards before new residents move in.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist in scheduling and performance of maintenance/turn events.
• Maintain exterior grounds and common areas; perform pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Maintain records regarding service requests, safety standards, and make-ready status.
