Job summary

Atlantic Housing Foundation, Inc. is seeking a Make Ready Technician to keep the community clean and attractive, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office and parking areas.

You will assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and handle resident service requests under the Lead Service Technician, while following safety policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, parking lots and common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and in completing resident service requests as directed by Lead Service Technician.
• Comply with operating, safety policies and procedures and adhere to laws including Fair Housing regulations.
