Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is hiring a Make Ready Technician to restore vacated apartments to market-ready condition and support property upkeep. The role emphasizes cleanliness, curb appeal, and courteous resident interactions to maximize satisfaction.

As part of the maintenance team, you will perform tasks such as cleaning, painting assistance, trash-out support, lock replacements, and safety reporting. A high school diploma and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic English reading/writing ability required.
• Computer use proficiency.
• Customer service and interpersonal skills essential.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal; interact professionally with residents.
• Remove trash and debris from office areas and perimeters daily.
• Inspect vacated apartments and complete make-ready checklists.
• Perform tasks in a friendly, cooperative, timely manner.
• Clean model homes and common areas as directed.
• Assist with painting and moving items for trash-out.
• Replace locks and cut keys as needed.
• Report maintenance and safety issues promptly.
• Assist management with other tasks as required.
• Learn and comply with rules and safety regulations.
• Operate maintenance tools and equipment, including golf carts.
• Communicate professionally with residents and coworkers.
