Job summary

Qualifications

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be able to read, write and speak English.
Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods, and move through the community and around equipment.
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 15 to 25 pounds.
Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
Able to safely operate small hand tools and basic equipment.
A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office, and parking areas.
Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in and address resident service requests as directed by the Lead Service Technician.
Follow all safety, operating policies, and applicable Fair Housing laws.
