Job summary

Atlantic Housing seeks a Make Ready Technician to keep the community clean and appealing, including grounds, exteriors, leasing office and parking areas. You will assist in preparing vacant units for new residents and handle service requests as directed by the Lead Service Technician.

You will need reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and English proficiency. The role requires physical activity, teamwork and a customer‑oriented approach in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and be able to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to stand and/or sit for long periods, and move through the community and around equipment.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing 15 to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain or snow.
• Ability to safely operate small hand tools and mechanical equipment.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office and parking lots.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and handle resident service requests as directed by the Lead Service Technician.
• Comply with the company’s and community’s operating and safety policies and procedures and adhere to Fair Housing regulations.
