Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure vacant units meet quality standards and are turned quickly to market-ready condition. You will perform repairs, caulking and sealing, inspect sheetrock, and complete touch-up painting as directed.

You’ll assist in grounds maintenance, support cost-control by fixing parts rather than replacing them, and complete the make-ready checklist and safety trainings promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience performing repairs and make-ready tasks in residential properties.
• Ability to caulk, seal, patch sheetrock, and paint as needed.
• Familiarity with safety policies and OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and improvements to vacant units before resident move-in.
• Caulk and seal around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspect sheetrock and repair or replace as needed.
• Perform touch-up painting on vacant and occupied units.
• Assist in grounds maintenance and general cleaning of common areas.
• Follow make-ready checklists and document maintenance work promptly.
• Attend safety meetings and follow OSHA and safety rules.
