Responsibilities include completing repairs, updating fixtures, painting, and ensuring compliance with EPA/OSHA standards. Collaboration with property management will be essential to prioritize work orders and meet turnover timelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property maintenance, specifically in multifamily or residential maintenance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to use common maintenance tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Complete all necessary repairs, replacements, and touch-ups to ensure apartments meet company standards for move-in readiness.
• Repair and replace appliances, fixtures, flooring, and cabinetry as needed.
• Patch and paint walls, ceilings, and trim to achieve a flawless finish.
• Must be knowledgeable of EPA and OSHA regulations governing proper storage and management of hazardous materials, including solvents, flammables, caustics, Freon.
• Change locks and make keys.
• Work closely with the Property Management and Maintenance teams to prioritize work orders, ensuring timely turnovers.
