Job summary

Two Coast Living in Houston, TX is seeking a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents by performing maintenance, repairs, painting, and cleaning to company standards. This on-site role at The Halstead supports timely turnover and positive resident impressions.

You will work with the Maintenance and Property Management teams to ensure move-in readiness, test appliances, change HVAC filters, and assist with ongoing upkeep across communities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant maintenance, handyman or make-ready/ turnover experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnover with painting, repairs, fixture replacement, appliance testing.
• HVAC filter changes, flooring/carpet touch-ups, and general cleaning.
• Ensure apartments meet safety and quality standards prior to move-in.
• Support ongoing maintenance and property upkeep as needed.
