Tarantino Properties, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Make Ready Tech / Porter to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness.

You will perform turnover repairs, maintain grounds, and deliver outstanding customer service while working with the maintenance team to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming for residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.
