Tarantino-Properties, Inc. in San Antonio, TX is seeking Make Ready Technicians to prepare vacant apartments for market readiness, perform turn-over repairs and improvements, and deliver outstanding resident service.

Join a maintenance team focused on cleanliness, safety, and community charm; you will lift up to 50 lbs, work independently or with others, and help keep grounds and shared spaces welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with apartment make-readies and grounds maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents

Algarita Lakeside is currently seeking Make Ready Technicians for our Apartment Communities in San Antonio, TX.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
