Job summary

Tarantino Properties in San Antonio, TX is seeking Make Ready Technicians to prepare vacant apartments for market-ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements. You will support the maintenance team and help keep common areas clean and safe.

Responsibilities include maintaining grounds and supporting residents with outstanding service, while upholding safety and cleanliness standards across the property. A detail-oriented, collaborative approach is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50 lbs.

Essential Functions:

• Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements
• Maintain snow removal, cleaning and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
• Provide residents with outstanding customer service
• Keep the property clean and free of trash and debris
• Pick up trash around buildings, parking areas, and common spaces
• Clean breezeways, stairwells, and other shared areas
• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
• Assist the maintenance team with light tasks when needed
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns to managementHelp keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
