Tuscany Park Apartments in San Antonio, TX is hiring a Make Ready Tech to prepare vacant units for market readiness through turn-over repairs and improvements. You will also assist with grounds upkeep and provide friendly, responsive service to residents.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently or with a team, and the willingness to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Join our team to keep the property clean, safe, and welcoming.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of maintenance or custodial experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs

Responsibilities

• Help keep the community neat and welcoming for residents
