The Ascent Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain cleanliness and order across the property. The role involves trash removal, ground maintenance, and assisting the maintenance team with light tasks to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

The ideal candidate has prior maintenance or custodial experience, can work independently or within a team, and is able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or custodial work is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must be able to occasionally lift 50lbs
