Qualifications

• 2 years of service management experience.
• Hands-on skills at a multi-family site.
• Knowledge of property management software.
• Own cell phone, tools, and vehicle for responsibilities.
• Computer skills including email, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and work with a team.

Responsibilities

• Verify quality of work from contractors/vendors.
• Report and follow up with make ready service tickets.
• Complete tasks assigned by the Make Ready Manager.
• Perform appliance, plumbing, HVAC, drywall repairs in vacant homes.
• Ensure quality and standards using the make ready checklist.
• Walk and assess damages and charges during turn.
• Maintain vendor pricing and contractor standards.
• Complete and maintain PO system; manage locks/keys and smart locks.
• Assist with appliance installation.
• Communicate effectively with team members and residents.
• Maintain company safety standards.
• Keep shops organized and stocked weekly.
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager and Make Ready Coordinator.
• Weekend work may be required.
