Job summary

Billingsley is seeking an Assistant Make Ready Manager for its multifamily operations in the Dallas area. You will work with the Senior Make Ready Manager to ensure vacant units are turned on schedule and to standard, perform inspections, train technicians, and support make-ready workflow.

Responsibilities include quality control, team leadership, and hands-on maintenance, with travel to other Billingsley communities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; EPA Section 608 certification required.
• 3–5 years in multifamily property maintenance or make-ready with leadership experience.
• Proficiency with basic tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct final quality control inspections on units ready for release.
• Provide hands-on maintenance and training to Make Ready Technicians.
• Manage workflow during peak periods and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure safety compliance and accurate reporting in daily operations.
