The successful candidate will manage unit turns, inspect work, train technicians, and coordinate with vendors while ensuring safety and adherence to Billingsley standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trade certifications preferred.
• EPA Section 608 certification required.
• 3–5 years experience in multifamily maintenance or make-ready operations.
• 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory role preferred.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools common to maintenance and construction.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and final walk-throughs of units.
• Coach and supervise Make Ready Technicians on technique, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in staffing decisions and disciplinary matters within the make-ready team.
• Reduce open work-orders during low-volume periods and forecast turn volume.
• Maintain shop and inventory, coordinate vendor scheduling and purchase orders.
• Travel to other Billingsley communities as needed.
• Maintain safety practices and accurate records in Yardi.
