Responsibilities

• Maintain all public and common areas in clean, neat condition, including sidewalks and furniture.
• Clean and maintain pool area daily and assist with minor irrigation.
• Assist with the make-ready process of vacant units.
• Handle trash and dumpsters and keep areas free of debris.
• Respond to service requests in a timely and accurate manner.
