Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing preventative maintenance, and assisting with make-ready tasks.

Qualified candidates hold EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal, possess a valid driver’s license, and can operate safely in varying weather and shift conditions.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repairs on building facilities.
• Ability to read and follow safety procedures and codes.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartment homes for leasing via make-ready process and punch lists.
• Obtains materials and coordinates with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Documents work and tracks service requests accurately and timely.
• Assists in grounds, common areas, and amenities maintenance including cleaning and painting tasks.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts when possible and using materials efficiently.
