Edward Rose & Sons in Springfield, MO is hiring a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to prepare vacant apartment homes for new residents. You will perform drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and carpentry, and manage timely turn processes to meet move-in deadlines.

The role requires building maintenance experience (HVAC preferred), owning tools, and strong communication with residents and coworkers. A valid driver's license and basic computer skills are needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance preferred; training available.
• HVAC certification or experience preferred; training available.
• Must possess own tools.
• Maintain a professional appearance and dress code.
• Able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with software and apps.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartments to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn processes to meet move-in deadlines (drywall, painting, caulking, grouting).
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, entry locks, windows; carpentry and tile work.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
