Edward Rose & Sons, LLC seeks a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team. You will help restore vacant homes to market-ready status and support timely move-ins, with opportunities for growth within a values-driven organization.

The role requires diverse maintenance skills, strong communication with residents, and reliable transportation. Training, equipment, and a team-oriented environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance, including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification or experience preferred but training available.
• Must possess own tools and maintain professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn promptly to meet move-in deadlines (drywall, painting, caulking, grouting).
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, disposals, entry locks, windows; carpentry and ceramic tile work.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
