Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Make Ready Assistant in Arkansas to support maintenance and prepare market-ready apartments. You will perform general repairs, cleaning, and coordination to keep common areas safe and presentable.

Responsibilities include assisting in exterior maintenance, reporting issues, and delivering strong resident service while adhering to safety guidelines and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school required.
• EPA 608 Type 11 certification preferred.
• Experience with basic maintenance tasks and using hand tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, carpet cleaning, repairs).
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog park amenities.
• Report maintenance concerns to supervisor and follow safety protocols.
