Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Make Ready Assistant for multifamily properties in the Humble, TX area. The role supports preparing market-ready apartments, exterior upkeep, and common areas while delivering strong resident service.

Responsibilities include painting, repairs, grounds care, and assisting with training and safety protocols. A valid driver’s license and basic tools knowledge are required. Travel between properties may be needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Some experience in related field.
EPA 608 certification preferred.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Assist in preparing market-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, repairs).
Assist staff on projects including trash/debris disposal and snow removal.
Perform exterior maintenance: lights, grounds equipment, signage, and decorations.
Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities for safety and cleanliness.
Report maintenance concerns to Supervisor.
Attend required trainings and deliver communications to residents.
Provide superior customer service and present Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
Adhere to uniforms and safety procedures.
