Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons in Mishawaka, IN is hiring a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team and ensure apartments are move-in ready for residents. You will perform drywall, painting, caulking, appliance repair, carpentry, and minor electrical/plumbing tasks, coordinate with residents and supervisors, and assist with snow removal when needed.

Qualifications

• Own tools required or able to bring them
• Excellent communication with residents and team members
• Basic computer skills and comfort with software and apps

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all vacant apartment homes are restored to market-ready status
• Complete full vacant turn with drywall repairs, painting, caulking and grouting
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, hardware, carpentry and tile work
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary
• Assist with snow and ice removal
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor
