Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician for our on-site team in Mishawaka, IN. You will restore vacant homes to market-ready condition and ensure timely turnarounds to meet move-in deadlines.

Responsibilities include appliance and fixture repairs, drywall, painting, carpentry, and occasional snow removal. Preferred candidates have experience in building maintenance and HVAC, own tools, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with residents and co-workers professionally.
• Willingness to train in building maintenance disciplines.
• Comfort with basic computer software and apps.

Responsibilities

• Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn processes to meet move-in deadlines.
• Repair or replace appliances, faucets, windows, and carpentry tasks.
• Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
• Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
