Job summary

You will handle make-ready tasks for vacant apartments, track supplies, and support safety initiatives while adhering to OSHA standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant handling certifications (Type 1/II or Universal) required.
• Valid drivers license to operate vehicles on property.
• Safety-focused with OSHA awareness and adherence to codes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose sources of defects; perform repairs in line with policies and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments; conduct pre-move inspections and coordinate repairs.
• Track inventory, return unused items, and notify supervisors when re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests accurately to enable proper tracking.
