Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Standby Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team in Mishawaka, IN. You will be stationed on-site in a company apartment and respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis. No commuting expenses.

Responsibilities include completing work orders per policy and maintaining a professional appearance. The role requires experience in maintenance and HVAC preferred, with own tools and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance including drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC is preferred.

• Restore vacant apartments to market-ready status.
• Complete full vacant turn quickly to meet move-in deadlines.
