Job summary

Edward Rose & Sons is seeking a Make Ready Maintenance Technician to join our on-site operations team. You will restore vacant homes to market-ready status, handle turn processes, and perform repairs on appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and tile work to support timely move-ins.

Qualifications

Experience in building maintenance with drywall, painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, appliance repair, and HVAC.
HVAC certification or experience preferred.
Must have own tools.
Professional appearance and dress code adherence.
Able to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn software.
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Restore vacant apartment homes to market-ready status.
Complete full vacant turn process to meet move-in deadlines, including drywall repairs, painting, caulking, and grouting.
Repair or replace appliances, faucets, garbage disposals, entry locks, windows; perform carpentry and tile work.
Complete administrative paperwork as necessary.
Assist with snow and ice removal as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
