Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician in Oklahoma to ensure the community’s buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards. You will diagnose issues, complete tasks from resident requests, perform routine upkeep, and coordinate with vendors as needed.

You will also oversee make-ready activities for vacant units, maintain tools and supplies, and participate in safety programs to protect residents and staff. Strong customer service is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade preferred.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to support management and residents.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair maintenance issues on apartment community grounds, buildings, and amenities.
• Complete work orders and routine upkeep following safety standards and policies.
• Oversee the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and appearance of grounds, interiors, and common areas.
• Inspect work by others and contractors to ensure quality and compliance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies and manage budgeting within guidelines.
• Assist with preventative maintenance tasks and participation in safety meetings.
