Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician for an on-site multifamily community. The role supports upkeep, cleaning, inspections, and make-ready duties under the Lead Maintenance Technician. Compensation reflects full-time hours and occasional on-call needs.

You will train with Grace Hill modules, assist with unit readiness, and help maintain a safe, inviting living environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements of the position.
• 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday; schedule may vary.
• Scheduled on-call work may be necessary.
• Must wear a back-support belt and gloves as dictated by tasks for safety.
• Must wear appropriate footwear; non-flat-bottom shoes required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property is clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents and staff.
• Assist with upkeeping and make-ready of vacants; coordinate with senior tech and property manager.
• Document inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks performed during make-ready.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support safety training efforts and adhere to safety-first practices.
