Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to uphold the community’s physical integrity and provide a clean, safe living environment. You will assist with make-ready tasks, coordinate with the maintenance team, and help ensure market-ready apartments for new residents across our multifamily communities.

The role requires physical stamina, adherence to safety standards, and a proactive approach to training and supporting staff.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements and follow directions.
• 40 hours per week, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m., Monday–Friday with possible variation.
• Scheduled on-call work may be necessary.
• Must wear back-support belt and gloves for safety.
• Required to wear appropriate footwear; non-flat-bottom shoes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to comply with policies and legal requirements.
• Assist with make-ready tasks and prepare vacated units for new residents.
• Coordinate maintenance and coordinate with Senior Maintenance Technician and Property Manager.
• Maintain grounds cleanliness and deliver notices as needed.
• Document inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks for reporting.
