Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to help keep our multifamily communities clean, safe, and well‑maintained. You will prepare apartments for new residents, handle light repairs, and support the maintenance team under supervision of the Lead Technician.

This on‑site role emphasizes attention to detail, safety, and reliable service; weekend availability may be required, and training is provided through Grace Hill courses.

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated apartments and identify make‑ready needs.
• Assist with cleaning and trash‑out of units.
• Maintain cleanliness of grounds and deliver notices as needed.
• Follow safety policies and participate in ongoing training.
