SunRidge Management Group is seeking an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician for multifamily communities. You will help prepare apartments for new residents, perform basic repairs, and assist with allowable maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and reliability as you work under the supervision of senior staff. A strong team mindset and on-site availability for occasional weekend needs are essential.

Qualifications

• Must meet physical requirements and follow directions.
• 40-hour work week, with possible weekend needs.
• On-site role requiring safety-first practices.

Responsibilities

• Uphold property integrity by cleaning, maintaining, and making ready units.
• Inspect vacated apartments and communicate required services.
• Replace lights, locks, faucets, and perform minor repairs.
• Assist with painting, A/C filter changes, and carpet cleaning tasks.
• Document inspections and maintenance for property records.
