Job summary

SunRidge Management Group seeks an Assistant Maintenance / Make Ready Technician to maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept community. You will support the property manager and lead maintenance tasks to ensure a quality living environment for residents and staff.

The role requires a 40-hour work week with possible weekend coverage, training participation, and adherence to safety standards. It emphasizes efficient turnover and on-site collaboration with the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Must meet all physical requirements and follow directions.
• 40-hour work week, with potential schedule variation and on-call duties.
• Must wear back-support belt and gloves for safety.
• Proper footwear required (non-flat-bottom).

Responsibilities

• Inspect vacated units and prepare make-ready per checklist.
• Assist with cleaning, trash-out, and moving items as needed.
• Replace or repair lights, locks, faucets, appliances, doors, blinds, and shelving.
• Patch and paint walls and perform light maintenance to ensure market readiness.
