Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Housekeeper for our apartment communities. The role involves cleaning public facilities, common areas, and grounds and ensuring move-in readiness under supervision of the Community Manager.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. The position emphasizes strong customer service and timely response to work orders; many shifts include overtime, weekends, and night hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Must understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Clean apartment community's public facilities, common areas, and grounds daily.
• Prepare vacant units for move-in and maintain make-ready standards.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Enforce Asset key policy and report violations to the Community Manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive image of the community.
• Maintain offices and amenities through daily upkeep.
