Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Make Ready Tech to efficiently prep vacant apartments for market-ready move-ins. You will perform carpentry, electrical, painting, plumbing, and related tasks, install locks, and ensure timely completion of service requests while upholding safety standards.

Ideal candidates are punctual, dependable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced maintenance environment. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required; on-call availability is expected.

• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
