Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech at Oasis at Plum Creek in Kyle, TX. The role focuses on efficiently performing maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins.

You will handle carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting, and plumbing duties, install/rekey locks, and ensure timely completion of service requests while upholding safety standards. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance and safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to be on-call.
• Punctual, dependable, and a self-starter.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team.
