Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to efficiently perform maintenance in vacant apartments to ensure market-ready move-ins. This on-site role supports a fast-paced environment and requires reliability and a team oriented mindset.

You’ll tackle carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing, and lock work, while upholding safety standards. We offer competitive pay, monthly bonuses, and strong benefits including a 401(k) with company match after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of general maintenance, painting, and grounds care.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule & on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry, appliance, electrical, painting & plumbing duties.
• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
• Ensure service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Maintain company safety standards.
