Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Make Ready Tech at Durant at Sugarloaf to efficiently complete maintenance in vacant apartments and ensure market-ready move-ins. You will perform carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and related tasks, while ensuring safety standards and timely completion of service requests on a busy property in Sugarloaf.

Qualifications

• Install, repair, and rekey deadbolt locks.
