• Licensed real estate professional or plans to become one.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute lead generation activities consistently every week.
• Conduct a minimum of 8 open houses monthly.
• Make prospecting and lead follow up calls for 2 hours daily.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in daily script practice per team standards.
• Participate in team activities and meetings.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, morning Power Ups, and a weekly Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiating and other listing related services.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
