ACV Auctions is seeking a Major Accounts Documentation Specialist to handle compliance-related documentation for our largest customers. You will balance professionalism with a collaborative, fast-paced environment while coordinating with multiple departments and our major account sales team.

The role emphasizes timely responses, accurate data maintenance in Salesforce, and proactive communication to onboard and activate new accounts.

Qualifikationen

• 2 year(s) Administrative experience
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Proactive in an entrepreneurial environment
• Administrative and/or customer service experience
• Technological proficiency

Aufgaben

• Triage and respond to major account documentation requests within established timeframes
• Manage and maintain account details and documents in Salesforce
• Analyze compliance reports to prioritize dealer outreach
• Coordinate onboarding and activation of accounts when documents are submitted
• Assist major account sales with support functions
• Perform additional duties as assigned
