Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a Major Accounts Documentation Specialist to manage compliance-related documentation for our largest dealer partners. You will triage requests, maintain critical account records in Salesforce, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely onboarding and activation of accounts.

You are a self-starter with administrative or customer service experience, strong Excel and G Suite skills, and a sharp eye for detail, able to work under deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 2 year(s) Administrative experience required.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Demonstrated technology proficiency.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Persistence to obtain documents from dealerships.
• Sense of urgency to support major dealer groups.
• Team player with adaptability.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Actively support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
• Triage and respond to major account documentation requests within established timeframes.
• Manage and maintain critical account details, documents, and documentation in Salesforce.
• Use major account compliance reports to analyze and prioritize dealer outreach.
• Communicate needs for new account onboarding and activation; execute tasks when compliant documents are submitted.
• Participate in team projects, including account audits and system changes.
• Support major account sales team with various tasks.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
