Job description

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. In this role you will sell ADP solutions such as payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Grow our business while growing yours: work independently and collaboratively with teams within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans: implement a sales strategy targeted at decision‑makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family: strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts while selling cloud‑based human resources solutions.
• Collaborate daily: serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and your overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

To Succeed in This Role: Required Qualifications

• Acumen using new tools: quick learner who can harness new technology and real‑time data to support clients and prospects.
• Positive self‑starter: upbeat, persistent, proactive in outreach, and able to manage time and present ideas professionally.
• Continuous learner: seek constant growth and improvement.
• Education and experience: a college degree is great but not required. Alternative experience includes two or more years of sales experience or completion of a sales internship, or military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust‑building.

Bonus Points for These: Preferred Qualifications

• Prior quota‑carrying experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build a network via social platforms.
• Experience with video platforms.
