ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role focuses on selling ADP solutions—payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits—to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP’s leading solutions to CFOs, HR and payroll administrators, small business owners, and more across companies ranging from Fortune 100 organizations to small innovative businesses.

We provide high‑quality sales training and state‑of‑the‑art technology tools to set you up for success. Your leader will set daily metrics for dials, talk time and appointments, ensuring a strong start. As you prove yourself, you’ll gain autonomy, a flexible schedule (Monday–Friday, no weekends), virtual appointments, uncapped commissions, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business while growing your own book of business.
• Turn prospects into loyal clients and raving fans through targeted sales strategy.
• Deepen relationships across the ADP family and cultivate additional business within existing accounts.
• Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners and the broader network, demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

Required Qualifications

• Quick learner of new tools and technology; leverages real‑time data to help clients throughout the buying journey.
• Positive self‑starter: proactive, persistent, manages time effectively, and presents ideas in a clear professional manner.
• Continuous learner: always growing and questioning past practices to improve results.
• College degree not required; acceptable experience includes two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship, or military experience that demonstrates teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust‑building and a never‑lose mentality.
