Job summary

ADP is seeking a Broker Sales Representative for Major Accounts in Houston. You will sell ADP’s cloud-based HR solutions to businesses, manage a full sales cycle, and forecast a growing pipeline while earning industry-leading compensation and benefits.

You’ll work to grow the book of business in your territory, close deals with executives, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementations and client satisfaction. A college degree is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
• Ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly to executives.
• Experience in B2B sales with quota responsibility.
• Desirable experience in HCM, technology, or software sales.
