Job summary

Gracious Hospitality Management is hiring hosts for 550 Madison, a premier dining destination in Midtown Manhattan. This role focuses on managing reservations, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth seating and VIP experiences during busy shifts.

Candidates should be fluent in English, highly organized, and capable of working a dynamic, hospitality-driven environment with a strong customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• Must read, speak, understand, and follow written and verbal English instructions.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive, results-oriented, team-player mentality.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the reservation book for all guests. Maintain seating efficiency and VIP handling.
• Hire, train, and schedule reservationists and hosts; develop the team.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and mystery shopper feedback to drive improvement.
• Coordinate daily/weekly/monthly reservation calendars with GM and Service Manager.
