The ideal candidate has proven experience running the door at a busy restaurant, with OpenTable or a comparable reservations system, and remains composed under pressure.

Formación

• Experience as Maitre D', host lead, or running the door at a restaurant.
• Experience with OpenTable or a comparable reservation system.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stay calm and professional during busy services.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee door operation and guest arrival experience.
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating to optimize flow.
• Coordinate with servers, managers, and kitchen for smooth service.
• Represent a welcoming and professional host team.
