Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood seeks an experienced Maître D to lead a high-volume fine dining room. You will manage reservations, seating flow, and staff coordination to deliver exemplary service.

The role requires at least four years in a fine dining setting and two years leading a front door team, with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with POS, Word, and Excel is expected.

Qualifications

• Four (4) years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant required.
• At least two (2) years’ experience leading a front door team as a Maître D.
• Previous Maître D experience preferred.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and seat them at tables.
• Oversee seating, reservations and walk-in flow to ensure smooth dining room operation.
• Collaborate with management, culinary and service staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Resolve guest concerns with discretion and professionalism.
• Supervise waitstaff to ensure efficient and excellent service throughout the dinner service.
• Proficient in POS systems, Word and Excel.
